Pittsburgh Tzu Chi Academy is providing the local children of age 3.5 to 5 with quality Chinese program not only aim at
young children’s language learning but also character building. We will nurture the children in a loving and care
environment; motivate them to learn the Chinese language and culture in a relaxed and fun small-group.
